[pdftex] Preserving hyperlinks and annotations in included pdf files?

Just for the records. This patch was at most a proof of concept.
It was never ready to be included in the official pdftex code.
When publishing this patch I was hoping to spark interest and
find someone to help me because there were a lot of issues which
I didn't know how to handle.

This is just to let you know that this patch was never meant
to be complete.
