[pdftex] Preserving hyperlinks and annotations in included pdf files?

Yes: Adobe Acrobat merges files preserving hyperlinks and bookmarks
gs preserves links but AFAIK (there may be some trick) trashes bookmarks
However both of them include pages into document, unlike pdfpages
which can include pages into pages

Sure, at this particular moment one can postprocess pdf document
created by tex and create links but this is manual and tedious job
