Yes I use it! Thank You! Very powerful and useful tool!

In hyperref you provide native-language to unicode transform
for bookmarks. Is it possible to extend such a transform for
urls (and annotations as a sequent)?
At now urls and annotations contain commands like \cyra\cyrb
and so on (decoding provided by the inputenc package)
instead of russian letters.
