I am not sure that the Adobe security is that lax as it used to be and
methink that the newer versions of Asobe Reader detect arenable and
Also there are other than AR programs which can comment pdf files but
some comments are program specific (so that AR does not see them and
these programs do not see comments made in AR or AA). Also commenting
and enable commenting are different things,
