[pdftex] jpeg2000

Hello,

I'd like to know whether there is jpeg2000 (*.jpx/*.jp2) support planned
for pdfTeX in the nearer future. AdobeReader supports it since version
6 and ImageMagick could be used to convert bitmaps to this format.
