[pdftex] [tex-live] font_max limit under using font expansion

I increased max_font_max in tex.ch, and font_max in texmf.cnf (and
texmf.in) to 5000, and font_mem_size in texmf.cnf+.in to 3 000 000
(was 2.5m).

If any of that seems problematic, just say ...
