[pdftex] Create a DLL with PdfTex

Hello,

I actually work on a MatLab application to treat data and I would like
to use PdfTex to export Pdf reports. As this application will be
compiled and deployed in the company, I would like to integrate PdfTex
into my application as a DLL file.

Actually, I am not enough competent in C programming to define if this
action is possible and to make it. So I would like to ask you, if you
think it is possible to do that and if you have many advices to help me.
