I'm using a 1.7GHZ Pentium M (single core) and it may well be 
that it just does not have the grunt needed to cope with AR8.1.1.
While you, with your extra processing power, have a
surplus and so see no difference between the two AR's.

It was Ross Moore that had an interest in using drag-n-drop.
I merely used AMRITA's programming model to scope
out what could be done. The implementation is actually
quite straightforward, but then again it is not having
to fight against TeX's programming idiosyncacies.
