[pdftex] [CTAN] Update: animate

Yes, on Mac AR 8.1.0 (the latest, Linux version made a quantum leap)
runs pdf files compiled with current animate version clearly less
smoothly than those compiled with an older one; so I keep an older
nooog  one and use it  if it works.

As long as Adobe has not fixed it it would be nice to have nooog
version updated and supporting new features introduced in animate
lately - for the sake of those who can buy Acrobat Academic License
cheaply. :)
