[pdftex] hyperref and link to a file.pdf

Hello:)

As you can see with the examples below :

here http://math.chapman.edu/cgi-bin/structures?HomePage

we find two pdf files

http://math.chapman.edu/structuresold/files/Semigroups.pdf
http://math.chapman.edu/structuresold/files/Groupoids.pdf

We can open a file.pdf from an other file.pdf

\href{Groupoids.pdf}{Groupoids}

All works except i would  to make the same things but
i want   to open the link pdf in an other window.

It's possible with adobe reader 8  (in the prefs : document inter  
link document )
but is there the same option in hyperref or pdftex ?
