[pdftex] Producing PDF/X-3 compatible files

Unneeded and wrong. 1.40 sets it to /False as a default.

Please don't set the /MediaBox directly; pdfTeX will do that for you.

Search the list archives; Siep postet a solution for PDF/X some years
ago (which maybe also on Contextgarden).
