Probably not what you are wanting ... but certainly "without resorting", etc.
... for simple presentations then 'one page per view' so that say the first
six actual pages are all 'slide 1' and each page increments the content of
the last.
That said I've heard increasing complaints to the effect that serious
audience members are ***-off with power-point type presentations and the more
material mimics quantised overhead projector slides, the happier they are ...
just a thought.
