[pdftex] epstopdf on the fly with graphics package

Hello,

I need help to implement the epstopdf-feature in my LaTeX-system. I work 
on a Windows-system with MiKTeX 2.5 and TeXnicCenter "Greengras" (1 Beta 
7.01). I don't know and can't find anything about set the \write18 
correct  to enable. The -shell-escape command (used in TeXnicCenter, see 
attachment) does not work. I get the message "Package epstopdf warning: 
shell escape feature is not enabled."
