[pdftex] pdfTeX warning: pdflatex Subset TrueType must be a reencoded or a subfont

Dear Martin,
   Now I use the latest pdftex 1.4.0, wchih can embed the ttf directly, but
when I use the command: pdflatex my_file.tex,
  I find the following warning, and so the ttf can't be embedded in.

  pdfTeX warning: pdflatex (file simsun.ttf): Subset TrueType must be a
reencoded
 or a subfont
Output written on gbk.pdf (1 page, 5410 bytes).
