[pdftex] bug report: pdflatex given segmentation fault

I cannot reproduce this with:
  pdfTeX 3.141592-1.40.0-beta-20060213-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.5)
Thus try a more uptodate pdfTeX.

Another problem. Part of the graphics is outside the media box.
Make sure, the bounding box of your EPS file is correct.
* dvips -E doesn't know what the PostScript code in the
  specials does, thus it isn't reliable.
* epstool -b -c
* gs -sDEVICE=bbox
Next convert the EPS file with commands that respect the
bounding box:
* epstopdf
* ps2pdf -dEPSCrop
