[pdftex] Creating attachments?

Google is very good answering the questions, but we sometimes are not
good asking them:

latex attach file

returns description of attachfile in the third line :-)

Definitely search of   {attach file} would return attachfile somewhere
far far away and one can only guess what will be returned to {latex
attach} query
