Similar capabilities are available in the commercial Adobe Streamline
(now integrated into Adobe Illustrator CS):

I suspect that Deneba Canvas

and CorelDRAW (formerly, Corel Trace)

	http://www.corel.com/

can do this too, though I haven't used either recently.
