[pdftex] End notes + hyperref?

Is there any reasonably simple way of getting some form of end notes  
that work with hyperref (so that the note symbols link to the notes)?  
I guess I could get some hack working, but if there is a solution out  
there somewhere, I guess that would be preferrable...

I have a separate bibliography (using author/year), so natbib with  
superscripts is not immediately useful.
