[pdftex] compiling 1.30.6 on openbsd-current

i don't dare (and need at the moment) to build the whole of tetex :)

apart from the build.sh there's no mention of bash in the pdftex
sources, i guess, it is more of a leftover...

gmake is a different issue though, bsd make definitely does not work.



i also wanted to say, that the compilation finished fine, i am on
to upgrade context now, hope it won't but much more trickier :)

if all goes well, i'll do a bsd specific page at contextgarden
(if they let me :)
