[pdftex] nested action in link annot

Thank you, Robert! Your response solved my problem.

I was not aware of the fact that \pdfdest creates _named_ destinations
which can easily be referenced by name. I was afraid, pdftex would
expand <destination name> into [ PgObjNo 0 R /XYZ <AnchorCoords> <Zoom> ]
within the link annotation, which probably would not have worked within
a user defined action.
