[pdftex] pdflatex and font embedding

I commented in detail on my own workaround in/on:
	Subject: [pdftex] Pdfpages used repeatedly produces 'unprintable' file.

which I will not repeat all of here. Basically I used pdf2ps then ps2pdfwr.
