as a recent context convert i also think that a lot of latex
people are now context people.  i can't even follow all
the traffic on the context list, it's just too much...

and certainly context feels like a breath of fresh air (for me)
(and uses pdftex as it's underlying engine of course, so it's
not as OT ;-)
