[pdftex] Error when using pdflatex with "foil" class and "natbib" package.

Dear sir:

 

I am trying to produce a latex presentation using "foil" class (in pp4)
and pdflatex.  Combined with "natbib" package for author-year citation,
it gives a compilation error.  I am using the MikTex system.   Compiles
OK if I do not use "foil" class or "natbib" package.  

 

Can you help me? Thanks a lot!
