[pdftex] ttf2afm bug report

ttf2afm rejects valid TrueType files with uppercase extension, e.g.

	ttf2afm times.ttf

works, while

	ttf2afm times.TTF

(where times.TTF is a copy of times.ttf) fails with the message

	ttf2afm: fatal: truetype fonts file `times.TTF' not found.

My system:
ttf2afm version 1.0
SuSE Linux 10.0 (AMD64)
