[pdftex] Has anyone cpmpiled a windows version of the latestpdftex?

This is pdfTeX, Version 3.141592-1.30.3 (Web2C 7.5.5)
---! Must increase the hyph_size
(Fatal format file error; I'm stymied)

What I can do in this case?

I always release djgpp binaries for each new version I
publish. For testing purpose it seems to be fine to me. For
daily use I have no experience, as I am a linux user.
Probably Ulrich Dirr or Hans Hagen can comment on the
performance of the djgpp binaries.
