[pdftex] Wrong search path for PDF/PNG/JPG files

Wlodek also mailed me about a wrong error message, if
pic.jpg.tex exists:
  Error: pdfetex (file pic.jpg): reading JPEG image failed
pdf(e)TeX reads "pic.jpg.tex" here. I have made a bug report
with fix: #435.
