[pdftex] Has anyone cpmpiled a windows version of the latest
pdftex?

I've made a lot of tries but without satisfactory results. When I need a
windows binaries of prerelease pdfTeX version, I visit
http://www.fsci.fuk.kindai.ac.jp/kakuto/win32-ptex/web2c75-e.html
and look if there is something from Akira.
