[pdftex] Updating pdfetex etc.

Hi,

ConTeXt defaults to A4 paper and it doesn't read pdftexconfig.tex.

Two configuration steps are required for letter paper:

1. Find cont-sys.tex. If it is not there, copy cont-sys.rme
    to cont-sys.tex (and rerun mktexlsr)
2. Uncomment the line that reads
    % \setuppapersize[letter][letter]

There is no need to regenerate formats.
