I have just re-read your email carefully and noticed that you already 
submitted it. Ok, that's fine by me.

I have received in the past an email or two from people who are using 
pdfbook.c so I am sure someone will find it useful even if because they 
didn't realize that signature= of pdfpages does essentially the same.

(it's just as a linux kernel hacker I don't like duplicating code, that's 
all :)
