[pdftex] PNG transparency problem

Thanks Hartmut,

my pdftex gives a version of:

       pdfTeX (Web2C 7.5.2) 3.141592-1.11a

how does you "pdftex-1.30.0" relate?
i.e., have I got 1.11 and need 1.30.0 ?
