[pdftex] checked checkbox

Hello,

the following file works for AR5/Linux:

\documentclass[11pt,oneside]{article}
\usepackage{hyperref}
\begin{document}
\begin{Form}
\CheckBox[checked=true]{Should be checked:}
\end{Form}
\end{document}

But I have a bug report that the checkbox is not checked
with newer versions of AR/Windows. In PDFReference15_v5.pdf
I didn't found a hint what possibly goes wrong. (Addition of
"/AS/Yes" does not help.)

Can someone give me a hint?
