[pdftex] pdftex 1.21a

Hi,

strange, but I downloaded a file pdftex-20050202.tar.bz2 and a djgpp binary
from sarovar.org which tells me to be version 1.20c...

As Thanh wrote to me on Feb 4:

And this is not listed in your NEWS file.
