 Changes in version 1.9a:

* Defer setup until the end of the preamble; consequently, 
  no need to change font defaults before loading microtype, 
  or to put it the other way round, microtype may now be 
  loaded at any time
* Inside the preamble, \microtypesetup accepts all package 
  options
* Protrusion settings for T5 encoded Charter
