[pdftex] PDF forms (revisited)

Hi,

in the thread on hyperref PDF forms it turned out, that one would
need a new primitive to build forms, for which the Acrobat reader
automatically calculates textfield results.

I have a uploaded a patch (#416) to sarovar which implements
a \pdflastlink primitive. A simple example using this is
discussed at  http://www.physik.uni-augsburg.de/~ralfu/pdf-forms/
