[pdftex] Using pdfpages with plain tex

Hi,

Can pdfpages be used with plain TeX?

I'm trying the following:

\input miniltx
\makeatletter
\input pdfpages.sty
\resetatcatcode

\includepdf[pages=1-2,landscape,nup=1x2]{xxx.pdf}

\bye
