with using such features you should be aware of the fact that there are 
differences between acrobat versions with respect to the order of 
annotation execution as well as the fact that acrobat has expectations 
about where sound annotations are defined (on the current or destination 
page); i got the feeling that acrobat 6 is a bit buggy compared to 5; 
such features make documents less portable.
