[pdftex] Updating pdftex 1.20a on tetex FC3

A lot has changed recently, so I think that the easiest solution is to
install the latest teTeX-beta release (if you cannot wait for teTeX
3.0, which will certainly be released soon).

BTW., if you install a recent teTeX you'll get a lot of beautiful
vietnamese fonts.
