Indeed. Ghostscript don't support that features either and crashes on 
it. What about xpdf and linux versions of AR? Not supported or crash?
Hans H. has mentioned that his layer-based presentation works fine on 
Mac (thanks Hans for that sample!). Any other expiriences with viewers?
