Indeed, this one does NOT work. And the simple reason is that is has 
been compiled from different source file :-) The file posted by me is 
completly diferent. And this difference is crucial; there is no double 
'>' characters ending pdf objects in TeX definitions. The probable 
reason is that  mail viever removes double '>' character if spotted on 
the beginnig of the line on text attachements. And that is MY fault, I 
should ZIP attachements. Sorry!

Just to be sure, could you please check this one?
