[pdftex] layer-based presentations

Hi Pawel:

Congratulation on implementation of layer-based navigation option.  My 
AR 6 reads your pdf file and reacts appropriately.  I tried to compile 
the tex sample with 1.20a-2.2(Gerben Wierda's file on OS X) but the AR 
6 complains about the file created from pdfetex.  Your log file has 
\write 18 enabled showing--my does not.  I don't know much about 
version control but my understanding is that your changes have not yet 
been added to the main stream.  I hope the capabilities can be added 
soon.  Thanks for your efforts and contributions.
