[pdftex] Problem with pdflatex.efmt (LaTeX 2003/12)

I'm using supp-mis.tex and supp-pdf.tex in ConTeXt 2004.4.9.9.28.
In my case, the resulting pdf can be successfully viewed by
Adobe reader 6.0.1.
