[pdftex] hsize inaccurate

Could be a coincince, but it looks like:
letter paper width * page_fit * 147mm % old tetex
= a4 paper width * page_fit * 154mm % new tetex
= a4 paper width * 160mm
where page_fit could be the "shrink oversized pages to paper size" value
from AcroRead
