[pdftex] CMYK images in pdftex.

Colour management is a, well, you know....

Actually, if one has good proofing software / a callibrated setup, it 
is quite knowable.

If you can send me a copy of the .pdf I can verify the colour model, 
and if it's CMYK  and looks reasonably good, dump a proof from Adobe 
PressReady to a calibrated inkjet and mail you a copy.
