[pdftex] Cross Referencing

Hi,
      With Hyperref, one can generate links to the references for all 
citations. I was wondering if it is possible to create a link for each 
reference such that when clicked on it will switch to the  place where the 
paper was cited. If Yes, what will happen if a paper is cited more than 
once. Will it go to the first citation?
