[pdftex] freeware PDF print driver

Hello All,

Hello this is a post to help out those who have windows pictures from visio
and other windows apps that need to be converted into PDF.
I found an really useful PDF print driver for my windows applications, and
it is freeware. I am using this to make figures from visio and it works
well. This is the first free PDF driver that I have found that is decent.
