[pdftex] pdftex and Enfocus actionlist

This is probably because pdftex embeds the graphics as xform objects
as Heiko Oberdiek assumed.

Normally you can get rid of these xforms when redistilling the file
(on PitStop Server it could be done automatically via hotfolders). And
probably solvero does the same.
