[pdftex] \pdfmapfile -- test if the mapfile could be found?

at the end of the log file:

ginal-vogel-symbol.map): entry for `fmvr8x' already exists, duplicates ignored
}

so, there is at least a test for duplicates (actually dups should overload 
previous ones)
