[pdftex] Hyperref: problems linking to index generated with addcontentsline

I assume that one leaves out the \addcontentsline then. However, this did
not seem to solve my problem, the hyperref-link from the toc to the index
still ends up on the page before the actual index. Or is there still
something more that needs to be done?
