[pdftex] basic question about pdfTeX primitives

Hello...

I am interested in using the pdfTeX primitives to do the following:
  * include a PDF file that is rotated 90 degrees and resized
  * embed a bookmark
  * include a link

Does anyone have a sample .tex file which I could look at, that uses
these features, using the pdfTeX primitives?

(I am a new user to pdfTeX; I was fairly experienced w/ TeX in college
but that was 10 yrs ago and am somewhat rusty.)
