[pdftex] new package/style file - pdfseminar

Greetings,

I've written a simple style file that some people may find useful for 
seminars or web-documents. The main feature of this style file is that 
it provides pop-up navigation menus that are normally hidden but can be 
made visible by a mouse click in a target region (near the right edge 
of the screen). The advantage of this is that valuable screen space is 
not wasted on links that might only be used a handful of times in the 
seminar. This is similar in action to Acrobat's bookmarks but with the 
advantage that the pop-up menus are easily accessible in full screen 
mode. There are two menus, one contains the normal forward, back, 
return, last and first actions, while the second provides hyperlinks to 
user specified targets in the document (e.g.sections and subsections). 
Both menus are implemented using PDF forms.
